Let me introduce myself my name is Yader Sanchez. I'm not really new to the forums i've been coming/reading for about two years. Finally made an account. I'm 25 years old. I have a countertop company, Cali Stone. our specialty is doing custom granite countertops, but we also work with Property Management Companies and we also do apartment remodels as well. for the past few years ive been reading books related to real estate/investing, also been coming here and i've learned a lot. My main goal is to network, start attending REI Meetings and keep learning as much as i can about this business,and eventually start buying rentals, and also doing flips. One other goal is to get a mentor. any advice will be greatly appreciated. Really looking forward in talking and learning from you guys.
