Hello Everyone! How are you all? My name is Joe Amaya and I am currently a college student and recently learned about real estate investing. Frankly I have little experience in REI however, i'm starting to learn a few things from a book i'm reading as well as being in here on BP. I still need help with where to start in REI and almost bought a "guru's program" because I just had no idea where to start and who to ask. Then I found out about BP while googling searching question anout REI. I'm really glad that I found this community and I excited to learn from everyone here as well as to network with you all!
