Hey'all! I am Daryl from the Philippines. Married and not yet a dad, hoping to be one someday.

Anyway, its nice to be a member of this community where everyone actively participates in every discussion. I'd like to thank the maker of this site and I believe you have helped a lot reaching their financial freedom.

While I am reading some of the educative topics here, I didn't realize that I am slowly gaining interest in real estate. Actually I've been reading books from Mr. Kiosaki and he mentioned some things regarding real estate and following one's dream or passion.

Likewise, I remembered my beautiful wife's aunt selling her townhouse located in our capital which is Metro Manila. A well maintained property and is priced like 5m PHP. I'd like to take this opportunity to get the opinions and advice as well of the mentors reading my post. I wanted this property and convert it to income generating one. But I don't have the cash. I've read some tips regarding acquiring property thru leveraging and with no money down. Since I am a newbie here, may I ask for your honest opinions and advice?
