Newer Investor from Hamilton, Ohio
Hello to all BP members! My name is Greg Koedel, living in Fairfield Township (just east of Hamilton) Ohio. I have 2 SFH currently and working on a BRRRR deal as we speak. Our goal at this time is 5-10 buy and holds and would like to do a flip to sell which shouldn't be much different than the BRRRR. I'm a newer member, lurking around the posts and listening to probably over 100 hours of podcast by now. Thought it was time to show my face. I especially look forward to meeting (and working with) other investors, realtor and subs in my area.

Hi Greg! We too live in the township. We have 5 SFR's in Hamilton. Do you know about the investors meeting in Hamilton? It meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:30. IPOA (Investor Property Owners Association) meets at Butler Tech Vocational 3603 Hamilton-Middletown Rd. (Rt.4) the July meeting will be a family ice cream social. See you around and Welcome!!!
