Hello all!

My name is Craig.  I currently live in Neenah (just outside Appleton), and I recently purchased my first rental property in Oshkosh.  Although it is going great so far, I feel like I haven't learned much since it is an abnormal situation. I worked with an agent, and we put in an offer on a condo that I found on Zillow.  Because of my business (an in-home care company), I already had tenants lined up and their rent is based off of the purchase price.  I simply paid market price because I don't know how to find deals. I have no idea what to expect from appreciation. It was move-in ready because I know nothing about rehab. I didn't want "paralysis by analysis" so I decided to jump in and learn as I go.

I look forward to meeting new people with similar interests and learning!
