Hello everyone my name is Andrew McDavid. I am a co-owner of an real estate investment company located here in Charleston,WV. I have been a member on here for several years but wanted to reintroduce myself and become a more active member with the BP community.

I got my start in real estate back in 2004. My parents had been involved in real estate for several years. They had completed several flips and acquired a few rental properties. I was fresh out of college and wanted to get involved in real estate as well. So, I borrowed some money and a buddy of mine helped me to flip a house. In 3 months total time, him and I split $30,000. From that point on, I wanted to be a full time flipper.

But life happens, and I ended up getting a corporate job, getting married, and starting a family. My wife and I started back into real estate in 2011 just wholesaling properties. In 2013, I met Steve Coyne, my business partner. We decided to do a deal together, and after that turned out reasonably well, we agreed to go into business together full-time.

We have since formed an flipping and holding company. We have now have flipped over 70 properties and have another 36 that we RTO. We are also invested in a partnership deal with a large commercial property in Teays Valley,WV. We currently have 13 homes in rehab and we try to acquire at least a house per week.

Another reason for getting back on here is that as we grow we are running into bigger obstacles. I am sure some of you may have already experienced this and could help guide us. It is our fault for not getting on here sooner. Myself and my partners look forward to getting to know the community.

Thank you for your time and feel free to ask us any questions as I know we will have some for you!
