Hello BP comminity!!! My name is Patrick. Joining up from the surface of the sun...good ol Phoenix AZ lol. More accurately I am on the NW side in Peoria. Currently I am a local truck driver looking to change careers and my entire way of life by jumping into real estate. I have been following the BP podcast as well as a few others, reading forums and books trying to soak up as much knowledge as I possibly can. I have attended a couple RE investment group meetings but really didn't like being pushed to purchase some 20k training program. I would really like to meet some people and build some relationships with local investors. I am all about adding value everywhere I can. I haven't done any deals yet, but I do feel I am getting close to being ready to take the leap. I have already learned so much. A very big thanks is owed to the BP community for that. I am unbelievably excited to continue this journey. Anyone up for coffee or a beer and a conversation? Or better yet got a project I can come lend a hand on?
