Hi everyone! My name is Tyler, I have lived in Franklin just south of Nashville since 2004, 21 years old currently, and just beginning my real estate investing journey. Glad I came across BP, and definitely had to purchase pro after seeing the rental & fix and flip calculators, among other features. Just beginning to listen to the BP podcasts starting at ep. 1. My primary interest is to grow a portfolio of Multifamily homes for passive income in the years to come. Currently invested in the stock market, but certainly want to get into REI.
