New Investor in Western Massachusetts

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I am a new investor from Boston area, targeting multi-families for BRRR strategy in a couple Western Massachusetts cities as part of a soon to be formed LLC with my wife and two other partners. We are excited to get started after spending the last couple months reading books and listening to podcasts!

We all work full-time jobs, I own a counseling/coaching practice in Lexington, MA, and my wife is in biotech field.  Would be happy to meet up for coffee sometime to talk real estate!

Hey Jotham, I am currently living in western ma, and like you i work full time, my goal is to invest in a multi family unit hopefully within the next year and continue to grow from that. Would love to hear more about your strategy.
