Hi guys!  My name is Wayne-Michael Furr, I'm 25 and want to start getting into rentals and trying to develop that awesome "passive" income. No Real Estate experience besides just being related to a realtor, and can't wait to connect with the BP community to help find deals/money and help us all to achieve financial freedom
