Hi BP family,

My name is Orlando and I live in fort Myers Florida, i am new to the real estate investing business. I have been searching around the website and learning from all the posts and i am eager to keep learning from you guys. I am 21 years old at the time and I plan on investing in multi-family properties. Hopefully I will be purchasing my first duplex before the beginning of next year. If you guys have any advice on things i could do to keep growing in the real estate business any advice  will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Orlando, Welcome to BP. For a 21 year old house hacking your way to a rental portfolio would be a great way to start. Good luck on picking up that duplex! I am closing on a duplex this week!
