I'm Celine from New Orleans. I'm a "match maker". (For real estate and business transactions) ;-)

I've been a full time investor for 2 years and enjoy every aspect of the business. The national credit crunch has created opportunities for those who are able to faciliate transactions.

I network with a group of private investors who pay cash to purchase both commercial and residential properties and they offer owner financing or non-respa programs that allow individuals who can not normally qualify for mortgage to own or have control of properties.

I like working with both the potential property owners and cash investors to see that we make more transactions for the market.
