Hi all, I joined BP a couple of weeks ago. A newbie at real estate investing and trying to learn as much as possible outside of work and family. My background is in architecture and worked at modular construction companies for 5 yrs. Currently looking at the northern CA market and open to options (out of state, flip or rent..etc) Looking to connect and network with you all. Cheers John Paul Chulliyil
