Loans for refinancing while in Chapter 13 bankruptcy

Hello I am in my 2nd year with a chapter 13 bankruptcy and would like to refi OUT of it. The property is an investment property and I have a long term section 8 tenant. I also have a hard money loan. 'I have stable job history; I have been a classroom teacher for over 20 years. My payments are astronomical for this bk (over 6k a month, including trustee payments) Is refinancing  possible? Thank you.
