hey BP my name Jason born and raised  San Fran, been listening to podcast and reading blog post, and  just purchase Brandon no money down book working on my real  estate mind. Looking to be a sponge to anyone knowledgeble about  this  market, I see  everyone say  it's expensive here but deals are being done so I'm going to find my way.  Looking  to start in wholesaling and work up, now about to find sum groups that meet around here so I can introduce myself..
