Hello, everyone. My name is Finale Uptegrow (pronounce Fa-Nell) and I am hoping to learn more about affordable housing development and multifamily real estate investing. I don't have any real estate experience at all but am always willing to learn new things. :-) The affordable housing market seems to be very complex and I have no idea how or where I should start the process as I break into the market.

I currently work in Contracts/Procurement full time and plan to do this outside of work until hopefully I can transition full-time. I am very passionate about providing safe and quality housing to those who may not be able to make provisions for themselves and in educating the same population to make better choices.

Finale :-)
