New Florida RE Investor

Im a young entrepreneur with a backround in small business and nationwide investments. I moved to Jacksonville in January to be back on the east coast while diving into real estate investment full time.

Ive been running past bigger pocket links for years now and im glad to finally be involved.

My main focus here is to invest in semi rural fix and flip properties while obtaining my real estate license(already passed exam).  Also i did all of this with no connections family or friends inside of 200 miles any advice help is much appreciated.
