Want to get into the real estate market...

Hello BP Community,

I am interested in some quick reads to understand a vast majority of what I need to know about investing in real estate.  I just had an opportunity to sell my house that I bought in 2010 in Sacramento, CA and was able to sell it last month and pocket $200k.  I would love to invest in real estate as I've heard it's a tried and true method to make your money grow, but not sure where to start.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, what are your thoughts in investing in Puerto Rico's broken economy right now?

Thanks,

Francisco
