I am located in Birmingham, Alabama and want to get started in the real estate investment business. I know I want to wholesale houses to build up enough funds to be able to later flip houses or buy and hold for rental properties. Maybe find a parter at the same age and financial goals as myself! Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
