Hello I'm new here, simply an intro

Hi everyone,

I'm new here however not completely new to real estate.

I'm 28 from Melbourne Aus and I own a piece of land where i plan to place a house on it soon.

The idea got me thinking of having several spots where I rent out to others and create a passive income that can help pay out loans that i'll have on them.

You can say that this was one of my future goals I'd wanted to accomplish within the next 5-10 years until i watched a BP video about niches and strategies.

I found the bigger pockets site through youtube and so far it's been quite helpful especially since I have validation and confirmation on what I've already been taught.

I'm here to expand my knowledge on real estate investing and find my niche and strategy, perhaps i already have it but I do like to explore more and see what else is out there.

I'll try and keep up to date within this forum.
