Hi everyone,

I just found out about BP few days ago and signed up without a hesitation.  I spent few days here and absolutely loving it.  

My family members and I currently own a commercial property where our family business is the only tenant.   Other than that, I am pretty new to the real estate investing.

My brother and I were planning to invest in real estate for few years and we finally built up a nest egg to start.

However, Dallas market has been very hot for last few years and the price has gone up tremendously.

I am not sure if it is a good time to start as a new investor.

Hopefully, I can expand my knowledge and research here at BP and prepare myself for the first deal.
