Good morning BiggerPocket community. My name is Jeff Ginsberg and I recently came across the BPpodcast which led me to this website.

I am a Real Estate Sales Agent, member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors, and a General Contractor. The majority of my Real Estate experience has been in Residential sales/purchases, and my construction experience is all commercial from Hospitals to Malls.

The decision to join this community was because I really enjoyed the podcast I have listened to thus far. I would like to invest in my first Rental Property before the end of this year, but I honestly have no idea what to look for when searching for the right deal, so I was hoping that this community could guide me.
