I was on the phone with a real estate investor. He told me to start here, watch podcasts and find local meet ups (REIA is what they're called) which I can't seem to find. I'm from Salinas, California. I'm ready to start learning everything I can about becoming a real estate investor. If anyone who is a successful real estate investor is reading this and is from Salinas, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Monterey Bay, or any city/town near me.
