Long-time lurker but newer poster from the greater Thousand Oaks area (but I'm in Moorpark at the moment.) I bought my first property here in Moorpark last year at 22 years old, and have gotten to know the surrounding markets of Newbury Park, Camarillo, Simi Valley, etc really well.
The market here is pretty challenging at the moment (my place I bought last year cost $425k for 3b/2.5ba/1400sqft, though now at the moment worth about $510k) so I'm looking to learn more about outlying areas toward Fresno, Bakersfield, Palm Springs, etc. I'd like to connect with people from both my area and my interest area to learn from their experiences. Much appreciated!
