Hi I'm Devin Montesano, right now I'm sixteen years old and want to get involved in real estate, specifically multi-family. My favorite and first book is Rich Dad Poor Dad. I'v known about real estate since I can remember but I don't have any experience.

At the moment I'm trying to find my first deal.
