Hello BP family!

I am a 29 year old eager amphibious go-getter. I have 2 young children that I want to have the time freedom to spend with them and the funds to help them achieve whatever it is they want when they are older. They are my WHY, along with traveling all over the world and experiencing everything life has to offer. I've always known I'd be wealthy. I never knew how, but I knew. Even know right now at this time it's not "in" my bank account, it's in my mind. I've been searching and praying for the ability and access to learn and experience what it takes to do so. I believe I've crossed paths with this site for a reason and it will lead me to greatness for not only myself but to be able to bless others as well. I do not have any experience in rentals, flips or wholesale. However I will by January 2018! I am looking for help. This business isn't something anyone can do alone. I'm willing to put in the work and I am motivated. I need advice of professionals to guide me in the right directions and to let me know when I'm making mistakes. I will depend on this community until I find a local successful friend that we can share our love of real estate together with and who is willing to take me under his/her wing! I'm not scared to pull the trigger as long as I have the education as ammunition to success.

Some of my goals I'd like to share:

I will have my first whole sale deal closed by January 2018.
I will have my done 3 whole sale deals closed by June 2018.
I will own two rental properties by September 2018, (one of which I may be house hacking).

I'm looking forward to my journey here on bigger pockets!
