Hi Everyone,

My name is Marc and I live in the Scottsdale Area in Arizona. I'm new to Bigger Pockets and honestly pretty new to Real Estate. I have been working the agency side for almost 4 months now but I know that my passion and overall future in Real Estate lies on the investment side.

I got into BP through the podcasts and became addicted quick. I've been listening to 2 or 3 a day trying to absorb as much as I can. I don't have money to invest but am interested in learning as much as I can and hopefully providing value to someone by finding deals (if someone can show me the right ways how).

I am interested in getting started in Wholesaling first as it is obviously the least risk intensive and I believe I have the capability to find deals and work well with people. I understand that its no easy feat as many anticipate, but I plan to work hard and understand the importance of compounding positive actions over time.

Future goals are owning my own House Flipping company (largely influenced by J Scotts model) he discusses in Podcast 10, and buying and holding as many properties as I can along the way to achieve early financial freedom. I'm tired of living a life that involves mediocrity and plan on changing that!
