Hi All!

My name is Barry Rupisan and I am fairly new to Real Estate Investing. I have a little bit of landlord experience due to circumstances I was not able to control a few years ago. Fast forward a few years and I am ready to jump back into the game. 

My goal is to purchase at least 2 properties by the end of the year and continue to grow until I am able to say that I am financially free, quit my job, travel the world and give my daughter the best life I can.

@Barry Rupisan - Welcome to the BP Community!  Joining this group of knowledgeable and supportive individuals is the perfect step to take as you seek to purchase 2 properties this year. 

I, personally, am a big advocate of BiggerPockets because of the support I received and lessons I learned.  My husband and I now have 14 rental properties and I am a real estate agent in Boise.  This community has had a huge part in our success! 

I encourage all of the new BP-ers to listen to podcasts and look for a local BP Investor Meet Up.  Meet Ups are great ways to make connections with individuals in your area that are experiencing the same things.  You'll get a lot out of the meetings!
