Hello All,

I am a new member currently living in Washington, DC.  I am not totally new to real estate since I have bought property before, but I am new to the concept of working in real estate for income. Over the last year or so I have been following biggerpockets, I have come to the conclusion that I will like to start getting more involved in the process of real estate, i.e. loan servicing and title searching, in order to gain more in-depth knowledge.

Afterwards, in order to generate capitol,  I want to buy homes and offer owner financing.  Then, I want to start buying multi-families to hold for the long run.

Please feel free to offer any advice or to inquire more into my background.  I look forward to getting to know you all.

Thank you,

Ron
