Jaime from Tulsa - Sending a Hello!
Hello, everyone! Thank you for actively being here and sharing insight and experience! I am brand new to the investing world and look forward to learning and growing.
Currently I have had to get a bit creative. I live in an old 1958 tri-level that I bought with instant equity about 2.5 years ago. After adding a lot of pretty to the dirty gem, I'm in a position to use it as my first investment home. I will rent it out within the next couple months and transplant myself elsewhere for about 5 months, then seek out my next live-in investment property. I plan to do that every couple years until I have more cash flow and decrease in property debt. Furthermore, I will obtain my own real estate license in order to maximize my gain on these later purchases and assist other investors and commercial buyers.
I am really excited about this site full of knowledge and look forward to getting to know all of you! I am extremely teachable and motivated, and I have no problem with getting creative. Road blocks stand no chance with me! :)
Thanks in advance, y'all!
