Just wanted to say hello from Tacoma! My name is Nathan, I have been in Bulk REO for a year and a half. I am 20 years old, and was curious if there are other quite young investors out there on this board? Let me know, would love to chat.

I got involved with Bulk REO in an odd way, frankly. I sold RV's right out of high school/college, and sold a Motorhome to an older gentleman. Then, as you all know, the RV industry took a hit a bit worse than the RE Industry did. I had developed a good relationship with my customer, the older gentleman. I called him and told him that I got laid off from my job, and he asked if I would like to get into RE. I have to admit that I laughed at that, knowing that RE was just like RV's, crappy! But, I digress.

Point being, I became a buying Agent for Bristol Intl, out of New York, and have been loving every minute of it.

I have a fiance, that just gave me a beautiful baby boy about 4 months ago, and I live in Tacoma, WA.

Anyhow, again, just saying hi and I look forward to networking with everyone here! :mrgreen:
