Newbie from Northern Virginia

Hey all,

My name is Eric. I am a new Wholesaler looking to build relationships in the Washington DC area. I have purchased a couple primary residence properties and now am learning as much as possible on investment properties and how to server investors in our area. I am currently getting my real estate license and doing this as a side business until I can replace my current income as a Technical Manager for a Software company.
