My name is Vito and I am a 26 year old looking to dive head first into real estate investment. I currently own one rental property in the suburbs that does pretty well however I am looking to make an aggressive push over the next 5 to 10 years in hopes of retiring by 35! 

I currently work in Chicago putting in 10-12 hour days making $40,000/year, so I am extremely motivated to dive into real estate and open my life up.
