New member in Metro Detroit

Hi All- I'm new to the site and interested in acquiring rentals and also rehabbing and flipping houses in the metro Detroit area. I have a few flips under my belt and I'm definitely hooked at this point. I have a true passion for real estate and the various concepts surrounding it. I'm 30 years old and have been living in the Detroit area my entire life. Long term goals are to try and break into real estate full time!
