New Investor from Chattanooga Tennessee!

Happy Tuesday!

My name is Tyler Martin. I am a Chattanooga, TN transplant from Ohio. I have experience helping with rehabbing a few homes and small commercial office spaces from back home. But now that I am in Chattanooga, I am looking to start investing in real estate on my own!

I am currently an Exercise Specialist in the Fitness Center at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. My immediate goal is to purchase, fix, and flip one home in the Chattanooga area (specifically east Chattanooga) by the end of 2017. 

I came to join Bigger Pockets through two books I read late last year... "The Book on Flipping Houses" and "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs."

I am excited and determined to start this new chapter of mine in real estate investing.
