If i could ever share a great story i remember back in 1993 someone told me about investing in unpaid property taxes. It wasnt until 2001 when i purchased my first unpaid property tax from a tax investor who buys unpaid taxes in bulk. Believe me i was horrified, i had no experience and no idea of what i was doing but i am a high risk investor and luckly everything worked out and i received a deed to a property that was worth 100k by only spending 20k. Unfortunately the tax investor made some bad deals got in trouble and went out of business so i was no longer able to contact him. 14 years later the same attorney whom i dealt with on the first deal, sent me a list and info on how to buy direclty from the county and when i share with you all how i went to the county and spent maybe 30 thousand total laywer fees included and l received the deeds to 2 properties and one is selling for $79,000 and the other for $199,000 and im selling both in asis condition i did nothing to neither property. No guarantees i will get full value but close is good enough and i already have offers. Listen to me when i tell you when you educate yourself and do your research on buying unpsid propery taxes its life changing. If i would have started this in 1993 when someone told me i would definelty be a multi millionaire. But now i am on my way. Please feel free to comment.
