Hello everyone I am new to this forum and I hope to find information on here to be heplful as well as any information I can provide to assist in helping anyone in anyway that I can. Thank you. And let me leave one comment to any new and old investors my main rule of thumb which is very important never buy or sale a piece of real estate without an experienced real estate attorney.
