Hi all, new here I am looking to get started flipping house I do not want to bite more than I can chew. I have the experience in construction so that part does not worry me, I am used to being under the gun and behind having to get things done. I want to start small and see where it rakes me I just want to do, if all goes well, about 1-4 deals a year just to get my feet wet and make some money to put in my pocket and start getting out of the red. I know it won't happen over night so I am scared but not intimidated any thoughts.
