I don't know how everyone else got started but this is exciting and scary. I'm looking over the REI water and it looks enticing but like all newbies, I'm hesitant to dip my toe in the water. I am reading everything I can, and trying to get caught up on the podcasts. In fact, I read J Scott's "The Book on Flipping houses" and it started out great. Everything he talks about I'm confident I can master. By the time I got to the end, I wasn't so sure. The rules and regulations of selling a flip give me a headache. I would love for someone to reassure me that the selling is much easier then J's take on it.

My long term goal is investment property, but until then, I'm flippin'.
