Apprentice Plumber curious about Real Estate
Hi everyone, My name is Joseph an am a 27 year old plumbing apprentice that was looking to rent an apt out in Palmdale. I saw a few of these videos on youtube which brought me to this site an am now looking into investing an managing a property of my own. I have set up a meeting with real estate agent in my area to see what I kind of loan I can get prequalified for. Already looked into investment properties an wanting to make a sizable cap. rate, shooting for the moon with no experience; did research on a property that had a purchase price of $755,000. Well after discussing this with the real estate agent my bubble had a little less air in it than before I had contacted him. Going to meet on Tuesday 6/6/2017. With that said and a better handle on where to start. Would it be wise to start with a multiple unit property or property with multiple rooms?
