Hello Bigger Pockets Members!

Just joined the Bigger Pockets community and have started educating ourselves in real estate investing. I've lived in the South Suburbs of Chicago all my life and would like to begin investing in the area. Will probably start small in the SFH rental area and go from there, but we're interested in learning about the different niches and strategies that real estate has to offer! We've been listening to podcasts, reading books, and looking through the different forums in an attempt to gather as much knowledge as possible as we prepare for our start.

I'd like to thank everyone in advance for all of the great information you have shared and the welcoming community you've created here on Bigger Pockets! It really is a great resource and makes the world of real estate investing attainable for us beginners.
