New Member from Milwaukee Wisconsin

Hello Bigger Pockets Members! 

My name is Olaf and I am 33 years old. I am currently working in Waterford Wisconsin for a Management Consulting company researching real estate for large companies that are transferring employees. I called Chicago home for 30 years before moving to Wisconsin 3 years ago. The company I work for is paying for me to get my real estate license as we use MLS systems to gather data and need someone with a license in order to have access to the MLS. My wife works as a Nurse Practitioner in Racine, Wi. We bought our first house in Vernon, WI 2 years ago.

Anyhow, I have started my real estate education by listening to podcasts, reading books and scouring through forums. I am determined to make a career out of real estate as I find it to be an exciting area. I have not been able to choose a niche however I do have an interest in Wholesaling and flipping SFH.

I look forward to meeting motivated mentors in the Waukesha / Milwaukee area.
