Hello!

I'm currently a Junior Mechanical Engineering major at UT - Arlington. I have lived all across the globe in places including Paris, France, Dubai, UAE & Singapore.

While I am newer to the real estate space, I am currently in the process of becoming a licensed Realtor here in Texas. I expect to be fully licensed in the next 30 days.

I am also currently focusing on developing my knowledge & expertise through books, BP, and other resources.

Over the course of the next year my goal is to improve my personal balance sheet to put myself in position to buy a multi-family property here in Arlington, TX. Ideally, I’d like to live in half of it, and use the other half to break even on the expenses.

In the next 18 months I would like to actually close on that multi-family property & eliminate housing as a monthly bill.

Long term, I am interested in developing a rental portfolio that allows me to attain financial freedom. Along the way to freedom, I would like to specifically learn how to flip from start to finish, find a niche and develop my expertise and steadily add 'tools' to my real estate expertise.

My background prior to real estate was primarily in the hospitality industry in various roles and establishments. I absolutely love the industry and hope to run a full service restaurant in the future as an owner. In the process of attempting to make that dream a reality, I kept coming across real estate as a vehicle to do so, and thus here I am!

I absolutely love to experience new food and cultures, and love to cook on a regular basis as well. My favorite time of the year is coming up - grilling season. Obviously I love to grill steaks, but one of my all time favorite things to make is Cedar Plank Salmon (I'll see if I can put a picture up somewhere).

I am currently seeking individuals who are seeking a Realtor to assist them with closing transactions here in DFW along with any other real estate needs they may have.

I'd also love to connect with investors & flippers looking for a sweat & capital equity partner. I am a highly efficient, detail oriented individual who might not have all the answers, but I know how to reach out to others and find the answers.
