Traveling to Milwaukee 6/6/17-6/9/17 from the SF Bay Area

Hello BP Nation,

I will be traveling from the San Francisco Bay Area to Milwaukee this coming week between June 6th and June 9th to inspect 10 units that I am currently under contract for, and check up on the 21 units that I already have. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to meet for coffee and talk real estate or just say hi!

A little background on me: 

I never had a corporate job or W-2 wage and started investing in 2012 using creative financing. I slowly built up my portfolio using a buy/hold strategy and now own 25 units (13 SFR and 6 Duplexes). I first bought locally in California but the market appreciated too fast and the cash flow didn't work for me anymore. In 2015, I decided to look for a different market, and ended up settling for Milwaukee. The bulk of my portfolio is now located in Milwaukee.
