Hi, my name is Kurt Walker and I am from Plainview, NY. I work full time as a computer engineer and recently got more interested in real estate investing. I have an existing rental property in Florida that I have owned for years. I am looking to expand my portfolio this year and am in the process of educating myself as much as possible in a short period of time. 

I have been browsing the BP site for about a week or two and one thing I already learned is how important networking is. So, I would like to connect with people here and maybe even find some partners to work with.
