Hi all, my name is Danny and I'm a teacher who lives in Long Beach, CA. I have a neighbor who has opened my eyes to real estate investing in the last few years. I have been listening to the podcasts and reading books here and there to educate myself. I am married with 2 children and my wife is a stay-at-home mom, which makes me the sole bread winner. We have a mortgage on our home, but bought it in 2011 when the market was down so we have a lot equity now. We have some money in the bank and it continues to grow each year. I'm interested in getting into multi-family units sometime in the future. I do have a question regarding one, but I'll post that on a separate thread.
