I'm the new guy from the Bay Area

I've been listening to the BP podcast for a while now listening but is no longer enough, I want to see it!    I don't have any experience with investing or the buying/selling of houses but I am a licensed real estate agent and have been working in property management for 4 years in the East Bay.  To be more specific that is Oakland, Hayward, Fremont.  What I'm finding out is what I really need is the network, which is something I've never got the hang of.  I look forward to being a part of this world of deals.

Hi @Philippe Dela Cruz, and welcome!

That property management experience is a big asset. Your advantage over others just starting out is that you've experienced tenants - the good, the bad, and everything in between - so deals and price points might make sense to you that don't make sense for others.

The Bay Area crew is super active and helpful, don't hesitate to reach out & network with anyone.
