Wanted to introduce myself as I just joined today. I've been listening to the podcasts and thinking specifically about flipping for the past few years. I have 5 kids, 16 years to 3 months, the oldest 3 being teenage boys and so I want to get into flipping to both supply for my family and teach my sons the value of investing.

I am very knowledgeable of how to do home repair and remodeling. Right now I am looking to get one flip under my belt this year, with me and my sons doing a lot of the work. Then do 4 next year.

Pretty mild goal based on what so many others on here are doing but I have to start somewhere.
