New Member from Southern Indiana focusing on Multi-family

Born and raised in Southern Indiana.  Briefly lived in Georgia and Tennessee after college but moved back home in 2005.

I have been involved in real estate for about 15 years doing a couple single family renovations and then moved into the multi-family space in 2005.  Currently own and manage 42 units made up of duplexes, fourplexes, an 8-unit building, and 13-unit building.

My goals are to continue to grow my real estate portfolio particularly in the multi-family sector. Looking to venture into other markets with larger population bases around Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or other surrounding states.

Specifically would like to target multi-family properties (8+ units) preferably 1980's or newer that are potentially needing rehab work, new management, or maybe have other opportunities that could create value.

I would be interested in talking with other like-minded individuals looking for potential partnerships in surrounding or other markets.  Also would just be interested in connecting and talking with others in the area that share the same passions and interests to learn and share experiences.
