Poor with Potential in Montana

Hey everyone, just started listening to the podcast and love it so I thought I would start to learn more. Living in Kalispell and am just finishing up being a full-time missionary so I'm poor but really hoping to get started investing soon. There is a lot of potential in Northwest Montana and I'm looking to eventual flip houses (I work construction) and own a few properties. I know nothing about real estate or loan processes or anything like that.
